What this site does

This site is informational. It describes Townline Pages' service, shows example work, and includes a contact form. It does not run ads.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, under the same Cloudflare account that manages this domain's DNS. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) may be retained briefly by Cloudflare for security and performance, not for tracking individuals.

Email

Email sent to this site's addresses is handled through Zoho Mail. I use email correspondence to respond, prepare your preview and manage any resulting order.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as which pages get visited and roughly how many people find the site. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile tied to you personally. It's aggregate traffic data, not individual tracking. This policy also covers pre-sale sample pages hosted at samples.jaimeagarces.com, operated by the same business, which use the same cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics on the same terms.

Contact form

The form collects your business name, email address, town and state, and any website or business-listing link you provide. Both the homepage form and the free page form at /free-page also collect a record of your consent (the box you tick before submitting, plus the wording you agreed to and the page version). I use these details to build your preview and to email you about it, and to respond and discuss any order. Web3Forms processes and stores submissions and sends notifications to my email. Its infrastructure and spam-prevention providers may also process relevant data, including outside Australia. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Referral partners

What I collect from partners. If you join as a referral partner, I collect your business name, your contact details and the payout details you give me so I can pay referral fees. Payments go through Wise Business.

What I collect about the business you introduce. When you introduce a roofing contractor, I also receive that contractor's business name, website and contact details, which you must have their permission to share.

Why. I use partner and referred-business details only to assess referrals, contact the people involved, pay fees and keep records of the arrangement.

Selling. I do not sell this information.

How long I keep it. I keep it only as long as I need it for those purposes or the law requires, and you can ask me to delete it using the contact address below.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free by design. Your hosting or DNS provider may set essential technical cookies required to serve the page; these are not used to identify or track individuals across other sites.
